Serious Jungler looking for ranked 5's team!

I am currently Bronze 4, But i think of myself being a S3 player. Yes i know you may think OMG hes bad, hes like all other bronze players that always blame it on there team. Well im not i just cant solo carry. Im looking for a serious team that actually commits, and doesnt skip practices etc. Im available all week days (After school) and on the weekends.
