Looking for some people to Dynamic Queue with

i'm in silver 2 and looking to grind with some people to gold. I play all positions fairly well so I can fill. would prefer at least 2-4 people to play with so we have 3 or more in our group, and also that they are in silver so we get placed with people around the same skill level.
