Looking to create a Reliable Team

Hello everyone reading this post I am KillersFear. I'm looking to not only better ourselves as players but to one of these days to possibly make it high tier into the LCS.

First off we are looking not only for good overall players, but overall to have good communication with each other as a team. Don't expect to synergize immediately we all need to work together to be strong overall. We want a good environment when it comes to playing whether it's casuals or not in or out of the game.

Requirements for the Team

Talk a little bit about yourself like who are you

Role Preferred/Applying For (if you ask for ADC don't even ask/post! Need all other lanes)

Gold and/or Higher

Must have a decent champion pool to overall have a structure of a lot of team comps and situational picks!!!

General Knowledge of the Professional Scene (not highly required but will help with discussions)

What is your goals overall for yourself and for the team if you were picked?
