Looking for bronze 5 ranked team!

I would really like to find a group in Bronze 5 or higher to join. I am tired of being placed with random players. I think I would be able to improve so much more if I had a team that was consistent and reliable. I am currently living in Sweden on exchange so there is quite a time difference compared to the North America. If anyone is in a team that has set time for ranked games through the week I would love to be apart of your team. I have experience in all the lanes accept adc. My favorite characters to play are Yi, Kayle, and Riven. I have skype: ralphleestone.
