can a Silver or Gold pref carry me out of bronze I have made my B4 promos like 6 times and i instantly get kicked back down i would like to play with silvers or gold in the first place

Why would you wanna "play with silvers and golds" when you can't even get to their level?

As a support main I can tell you that climbing solo is extremely hard.

As someone who plays Bard..

A LOT; People have dodged, blamed me for losing, etc. Cause they don't know Bard's kit.

That is until I carry bottom and eventually the game if I'm on point with Q and ultis.

The point is in Bronze your best bet is to play comfort picks. Bard is notoriously bad in solo queue because he requires communication. I can play him with very little risk though because to me he's one of my best comfort picks.

Skill > Countering/Fitting to your team.

If you can play as Fiora top and your team doesn't have a tank, just try harder to carry and eventually snowball.
