Looking for duo partner right now

I am silver V, i am decent but not great and i am looking for a duo partner to play a bunch of games with right now. i am tired of people surrendering early, raging or just completely feeding. i am not perfect by any means but when people start yelling in all chat or surrender when i am doing good it gets annoying
