Silver ADC Looking for serious ranked team.

Im 16 years old PST time zone looking to find a ranked team to play with most days if not every day i used to play cod competitive but know im on league because this game is just better i have 3 main adcs that i can play very well (Corki ezreal and jinx) Than the ones im still learning (Vayne Lucian) i also have trist and ashe but dont them very much. Im just looking for a team that is serious about ranked teams and wants to grind up in rank.
