If you don't know how to play the game by level 30 then I'm afraid that there's something wrong with this. You can only get better by playing AGAINST tougher players and learn how to counter your mistakes before you set them all through earned experience. Also try to find your champions. Any one can be pro, but not everyone can play the same champion at the same level as every one else. Every one's mind, body, heart and soul of the game coop differently with each different champion or set of champions.
