[LFM] Ranked 5s Recruiting Platinum+ Players
Allo.
I'm a Diamond ADC main that's forming a somewhat "serious" ranked 5s team.
My goal is to create a team with like-minded individuals who want to learn, grow, and succeed as a respectable team. By no means is this team going to aspire to the level of challenger, or anything like that. That'd be so sick, but it's not realistic. My end-goal is to take a group of people, randoms, friends, etc... and turn all of us into a well oiled machine that could compete in the diamond elo of ranked 5s teams.
Currently recruiting: Mid Lane Top Lane Jungle Support
I'm pretty much recruiting everything, as I haven't even spoke to my friends yet!
- Requirements
- 18+, and not because I don't think all "teens" are immature, it's just what I would ideally want!
- Your current rank must be Plat 5 or better. **if you are not Plat 5 or higher, I will simply decline your friend request and block you.
- Have basic knowledge of how your role works, and have a champion pool that has more depth than one or two champions.
- Make 85% of the scheduled practices and actual games.
- Respect, respect, respect. If you can't respect yourself, others, and the team as a whole -- look elsewhere.
- Be able to give AND receive constructive criticism. Don't get pissed when someone suggests something, and don't be a douche when you suggest something.
- Be vocal, call your summoner spell CDs, call important abilities, roams, MIAs, etc. Just don't be an oblivious rut in the mud, really.
- Most important, have fun playing the game and your role. Nothing worse than having someone who doesn't want to play being forced to play. ---- I know that's a lot of requirements, but it's for the sake of my sanity, and not wasting your time!
Scheduling will be worked out once I've/we've a full team of players. I will probably require** two** nights of practice and brainstorming, as well as two more nights for actual games, so a total of FOUR NIGHTS out of the week.
