Next Generation eSports Recruiting
Hey everyone. I am starting a team to create a serious environment that will practice regularly and focus on improving. Right now we are looking to play Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 CST till at least 11. (3 hours a night maybe more depending on how things go.). We may go up to 4 or 5 days but we will be playing consistently for at least that amount of days. If you can not make this schedule please do not apply. If you are not gold+ Solo Que please do not apply. If you do not have a mic please do not apply. With this being what we require what do we have to offer you? Well as the one putting this together i will say that we will all be held to the same standards of play and attendance as everyone else. Its OK if you miss a practice or have to leave early due to some real life circumstances. After all Real life > League. But if your missing consistently and/or not on time we will kick you from the team and replace you. The same thing goes for the rest of the team. If I'm not able to attend or be there regularly i will step back and help you find a replacement and take a secondary role in the team. You can also expect us to take constructive criticism and always be improving and you should be the same way. As far as when we will do tryouts we will do them as soon as we can. That may not be tonight as getting 3 roles can take some time as we will be going through every application and deciding what fits the team best. Now for the actual application and current roster:

What can you bring to the team: Solid laning, peeling, and good game knowledge (knowing when to engage, where and when to ward, who to focus / peel)
What do you expect out of the team: Players who can take fair and honest criticism and will try they're hardest to learn from they're mistakes to improve
Why do you wish to join the team?: I was recently on a team that disbanded due to lack of commitment from some players, hoping this team could be the real deal :D
Can you shot call?: I can help shot call, alongside another player (I find it easier to not be the only one making calls / making plans)
Can you follow calls from someone else?: Yes as long as the entire team shows willingness to follow on whatever the shot caller says
