LF Top Lane Duo - Silver 1

Silver 1 Mid Laner, looking for (preferably) a top lane of similar rank or better to duo with. I'm not worried about pulling my own weight, the road is just always easier when there's someone else doing the same. Would like to use skype, but if voice communicating is an issue and you feel good enough to go without it that's fine. Add my in game for quickest response; willing to duo with a solid jungle but top preferred.
