D5 LF low elo team to play/practice as mid/jungle/top in that order

Ive been a support main for the longest. I want to branch out :D I could help you with macro game and you give me the opportunity to play with a consistent team .

I have plat/gold/silver/ and unranked smurfs so I can play with lower elos.
