Really Could use some help

THERE IS A TL;DR AT THE BOTTOM!!!!

Idk what it is, I feel like I play so damn solid every game only to see my team go 0/20 in the first 10 minutes or to just watch them throw faster and harder than an MLB pitcher. I'm just confused as to how some people can get completely great teammates (or at least competent ones) EVERY single game and I'm somehow getting ones who refuse to cooperate and just all in all don't want to win EVERY single game. I mean where the hell is the balance? Am i just some silver player thinking he is all big and bad and deserves gold tomorrow? Hell no, but jesus I also don't think I've been playing at a skill level that constitutes going on a 8 loss streak. Could I have won some of them? Sure, There were two that I saw as easy wins, too bad they just so happened to both consist of someone afking.

And no, Im not a rager despite this post. Just frustrated. I rarely rage at my teammates either, the only real typing I do in game is something along the lines of "try and stick with the team" or "let so and so engage first so you don't get melted right away". So more along the lines of helpful comments, not shit like "wow you are sooooooo bad", because I know well enough that even if that is true, it should never be said because it only makes them play worse.

TL;DR: I'm just having a really rough patch of games and can't seem to get anywhere solo atm so If any solid player is on right now and would be willing to try their best to win a couple games with me, add me.
