LF Silver-Gold Support to replace me on my tournament roster.
I run a small eSports organization named Team Synthesis, while all of our players are volunteer for now I hope to grow the organization to where I can pay my members with a full payroll. That being said let's move on to the reason why you clicked on here, what will we be doing and why are you stepping down? (Maybe not the second one, but I'm telling you anyway!)
- What will you be doing as a member of Team Synthesis?
Our main focus is to help our members grow as a player while succeeding in amateur tournaments across the internet, this includes; 3 v 3 tournaments, Solo randomization tournaments, Snake draft tournaments, and full 5 v 5 tournaments.
You will be expected to play a team focused roll in an objective based style across the map.
- Why am I stepping down?
I was recently picked up by a different organization named Peak Gaming to shout-cast for them, while I plan to continue to work as owner with Team Synthesis every weekend will be on stream for their tournaments.
- When do you get paid?
Your payment will be with prize money, or RP depending on the prize pool, through the tournaments won online and will be provided to you by the tournament host(s).
TLDR; Win.
