Looking for a serious gold ranked team.

I am 17 years old and I main mid lane. I am hoping for a serious team to play on that will strive for excellence and one day get to challenger. I am currently Gold 3. My IGN: ST5R Deluxe. FYI: I have previously played on a ranked team before.
