Looking for platinum at up players must have teamspeak!

Everyone role but Marksman is currently open, Also looking for a team manager as I will be the captain.

EDIT: Also looking for someone to be able to design a GFX logo for the team would be helpful if it was free.

Strengths: Very Broad champion pool with regards to play styles ( I have a champ I can play for most if not all team comps) I work well in a team environment with plenty of experience. I have some niche picks that are very situational but very effective. Strong laning skills (generally always even or ahead). I'm also good at applying map pressure, rather than going for lots of kills

Weaknesses: I don't like to roam, i prefer to call out the enemy roam and push for farm and tower damage which isn't always the best choice. I tend to get ganked early because i tend to push the lane when I have a good matchup and fall behind

Will you be able to attend the 3 days a week mandatory practice schedule: Most likely yes.

Are you willing to communicate and receive corrective criticism?: For sure :)

Do you have experience at shotcalling at all?: Lots, used to shotcall other teams I have played on

Have you been on a team before and if so for how long?: I have been on many teams but the one i've been on the longest lasted for almost a year and we hit Plat 3 before people started becoming inactive
