Lf Duo To Help Me Back To Gold and/or Above

I just need someone who can duo with me back to gold, i'm currently silver 1, can check my match history. I just need help getting back to gold , preferably higher than g5 because I got stuck there because of trolls. I can play the next 4 hours, and then again after 9pm central time tonight :)
