Gold 2 mid/supp player looking for serious team

I'm looking for a team that will last, I don't want to join a team for a week and everyone leave like they always do. I'm in this for the longhaul and I expect the team to be as well. I'm looking to not only progress as a player, but as a person. Currently I am Gold 2 in solo-que and I main mid with support being my secondary role.

I am on most nights from 18:30 to 01:00 hours EST.

My champion pool is always changing with the meta, as you have to be ever adaptive with this game. I am always looking to improve and I would like the same mentality from the team as well.
