Looking To Start A Semi Casual/Semi Serious Ranked Team

Looking for gold 3 to Diamond players. I am a Plat 5 jungle main just looking to start a weekend oriented team. I would like to have subs for almost every role and players that main roles not fill. I want to have fun but do it while winning and not get too serious until next season so from now until then it would just be practice, having fun, and getting to know each other. No real requirements except that you need a headset and curse voice/ skype, be able to play weekends, and gold/ plat. I don't really care if you can't play some weekends until the new season starts but I like to think of myself as understanding haha.
