Looking for 4 Dedicated Friends to move to Challenger

Hey. My goal for the next season is to climb up in Ranked. I'm having such a hard time doing this by myself. What my goal is now is to find four players like myself who have what it takes to make it to the top, and we'll just slip underneath people's radar and start practicing amongst ourselves and dedicating our lives to achieving Elo Power. I'm literally trying to get Challenger and need League friends online all day to help me study and improve. e.g. I want to have a hard-carry top-laner like Gangplank in my arsenal and I want to practice scrimmaging ranked 5's with him but I'm new to him. Well, we don't give a fudge. I have to play 3, 613 games in order to fill my account for the RP needed to make a legitimately full account, in order to join TSM. The least I can do is be reasonable and spend that much time the way I need to and that's with 4 friends sharing this adventure with me haha. I am dedicated to top lane; so preferably I will be seeking out a mid, adc, support, and jungler. Thanks have a great rift.
