D4 smurf Lf Gold support duo

I am, as the title suggests, a diamond 4 player, but I want to practice my adc in lower elo so I can increase my adc champ pool. My smurf is at a low gold elo, so I want a support main at around gold, since all the supports I randomly get matched with are pretty bad.

*quick note: Just because I am practicing adc doesn't mean I am terrible at it. I am still at a high plat level-ish with adc.
