Making a team SIlver-Gold *Serious team*

Hello, I am Stro02. I am a silver 3 mid lane main, and have been wanting a serious ranked 5's team. Every time it seems that it is a one day thing. Looking for committed members to join. I will have a "google form" to go through the questions. I want this team to grown, and turn into a better team. Looking to participate in tournaments, scheduled practices, and scrims (while not in tournaments). I have made previous teams, but none of them have fully worked. The longest I held a team together was 1.5 weeks then everybody stopped showing up to practices. So, I am posting to get a team that is looking to work together, improve together, and become a team. The roles I am specifically looking for are as followed: Top, Jungle, Adc, Support, and a coach if possible. Bringing a coach into the team will represent the person that holds the team together as a whole, and is willing to help the team understand the mistakes.
