Plat 5 ADC Looking for VERY SERIOUS Ranked 5's Team

So, as the title states, I am a Plat 5 ADC looking for a ranked 5's team. I expect 4 other VERY SERIOUS players who are expecting this team to make it far. Communication is an INTEGRAL part of winning games, so I hope we all have mics and are able to use Curse Voice, Teamspeak, or whatever (Just not Skype :P). Furthermore, another necessity part of winning is skill and criticism towards other players -- constructively. In my opinion, these 2 ideas go hand in hand because the amount of constructive criticism one can receive / provide to the team is kind of determined by that player's skill. Anyway, enough of the philosophies. My top ADC's, best to worst: Lucian, Sivir, Graves, Kalista, Caitlyn. Note that Lucian and Sivir are BY FAR my best, but VERY CLOSE seconds are Graves, Kalista, and Caitlyn. I strive to portray my strengths early on in a team, which are overall mechanics and decision making. I know when to fight, I know how to play from behind, I know how to farm, and I know how to dodge, land, and maneuver through skillshots. Hit me up if it sounds good!
