Looking for a duo partner on NA server

I consider myself pretty good at league, I can play any role and here is my profile (http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Throw+Marino13), I just started playing league like 8 months ago and just started playing ranked 2 days ago and got placed in Bronze 1 to start. I would like someone to just help me a bit in ranked because I find I always get stuck with the not so good teammates, which is fine but I want to have a duo partner who can make up for that w/ me as well. Most of my friends now aren't good enough to help me climb, so I would very much like someone to go on this journey with me. I play everyday and can skype or whatever I'm 19 so do with that info as you will, I see myself strongest as a carry role or jungle which I like very much, so if anybody is interested in duo'ing with me to try to climb, add me on league; Throw Marino13!
