Looking to put together a low elo team

I am a Bronze 1 player and im tired of being put with bronze teammates and not getting anywhere in ranking, I am looking for someone to partner with, Or a team to join with in about the same elo and if decided we could go competitive. Just leave a comment with your IGN, Rank, Champions and what lane you play, All lanes except mid are open.
