B3 Trying to improve

I'm very aware that i'm bad, but I want to get better. I take constructive criticism really well and I think with enough practice I can make it at least to high silver, possibly further. Anybody willing to take on the challenge of teaching me some tips and tricks can feel free to add me. No real requirements just asking that you're at least a full ladder ahead of me (s3 or higher).
