Silver 1 Player looking for Coach/ Team to learn from

Hello, my name is Jay and Ive been play League for just under a year now. This is my first season playing ranked and the highest I have gotten so far is Gold 4. I'm posting this because I want to learn and get better as a player! I'm looking for a coach willing to take the time to teach me more advanced methods and mechanics or a team that is willing to accept me so that I can learn first hand. What are my Strengths : Enthusiasm for the game ( there is no better feeling than making a great play!) , Very positive towards others, Rarely ever salty or negative, hate to surrender a game!

What are my Weaknesses : not very confident in myself... , Find myself Auto Piloting alot, and Dont have much experience with the game as most people (this is my first season)

What is my availability? : I play all the time Friday - Monday. but work third shift Monday night at 8 PM EST - Friday morning 6 AM.

How often do I play ranked? : I try to play as much as possible but if I start losing alot then I normally switch to normals till I feel better
