High Silver 2/low Silver 1 stuck (All Roles)

Hey guys as the title states Im stuck in high silver 2/low silver 1, and Im trying to get into gold as soon as possible. I can play 3-5 champs of every role very well, and I need a solid duo partner who can play at least a few roles very well.
