D4 support looking for serious team

As the title says, I'm a D4 support main with a pretty flexible champ pool. I have experience in a few lcs style leagues, along with tournament play. I can take a shot calling role if needed, and am pretty vocal in game. I am looking for a serious team that's going to practice more than once or twice a week, and is open to giving and receiving constructive criticism.
