Looking for an experienced adc to carry me out of bronze

i am so tired of terrible adc's, me and my friends go on dynamic as a team of four but our last person who we are missing is the adc. Thank goodness we get terrible adc's every match like tristana who goes 0/9/2. Basicly we are looking for an adc to join our ranked team.
