Starting New Season 5 Ranked Team

Hello everyone, I am looking to start a new team for season 5. This will be a very serious team so if you are not committed or cannot make commitments this is not for you. I am currently looking for all positions except for mid. We will most likely be practicing weekdays from 10-1pm est and 9-1pm on weekends. Times can be changed depending on peoples needs these are just suggested times. We will be practicing on communication team synergy and in game mechanics before season 5. ABSOLUTELY NO RAGERS. I am Jamaican (that speaks English) so I barely want to hear fighting constructive criticism is tolerable and encouraged but don't do it in a way where your angry. Must have some form of communication. If possible get "Dolby Axon" best game communication I have ever used. I would like for you to fill out this application but if you just want to add me for me to ask you all these question that is fine.
