looking for a duo to help me get to gold

ok looking for some one to help me get from silver 3 to got gold 5. I started the season in bronze five almost solo q supported my way out of bronze as thresh, then got set back with a 28 game lossing streak then i carried my way out of bronze with nasus and master yi.. yep i had too... but i have got my way in to silver two and i have been bouncing back and forth in silver two and three for the last couple of week after a super long win streak after getting to silver. If you would like to help me add me in game or post back here feel free to look at my past games and give me tips. TBH i am just looking to improve. P.s. i want that Morgana skin.
