Looking to do ranked 5s tonight and perma team

I am looking to put together a team. A permanent team. I need players who are SERIOUS! I know a few sponsors, so I cannot be having people who don't want to be serious. If someone can stream too that would be cool.

Looking for everything but mid lane. Will play some normals to see how well we communicate. Must have Curse or Skype.
