Looking for Normal players and >30s

Hi everyone,

In college I got rid of my account to focus on classes. I am coming back now and starting from the bottom! I was a plat 1 ADC player in S3, but may be a bit rusty. Looking for pre 30 players to level up with, or even level 30 players who just casually play normals. I just wont have full masteries or runes :)
