Silver 3 (soon to be Silver 2) Top/ADC main looking for a ranked 5s team

Stats: KDA Average in ranked (5.9/5.8/10.2) 2.77:1 KDA with 44% contribution for kill. 65% of passed 20 games have been won (13 of 20) and on a 5 game win streak. Average time to get first tower: 11 minutes. CS average (Top/ADC): 180's/190's at around mid/late game.

Play Style: Generally play aggressive, but can play passive/opportunistic if necessary. As a top laner, I like to choose good duelists like renekton and irelia so that I can not only beat my laner, but in team fights be able to sustain heavy damage and use mobility to get to and lock down the carries in team fights (which is part reason I have such a high amount of deaths but a large amount of assist averages). As an ADC, most of the time I play opportunistic. I farm up as much as possible, trying to avoid starting a fight, but if I see my support/jungler looking for an engage, I don't hesitate to jump right in for the fight (Hence why I choose trist/Lucian/graves for the dashes and sivir for the spell shield as adcs).

Reason for wanting to join a ranked team: I've been playing for a year and a half now and have always wanted to be on a ranked team, but I gave that up 2 months ago. However, ever since I took the advice of one of my friends, I feel as if I have a good enough knowledge of the game in order to finally be part of a team. I don't have the most spectacular mechanics like the challenger rivens or the diamond lee sins, but I feel as though I have only won so much of my most recent games solely from playing smarter rather than harder.
