Hello I need a opinion/duo partner perhaps (Plat 5)

If you are a rager seriously don't waste your time with me. I am trying to support main and I kinda dont have confidence in myself. I hit plat 4 like 3 times and keep falling. I want to blame my team but maybe its me. I would like someone to tell meh :(
