LF Plat 1 + mid and top for casual Rank 5's and have fun!

Title says it all. We are 3 league friends that really likes to play together and we're trying to find 2 people to play team rank with them. We would play maybe 2 times a week, in the only purpose of having fun and win! I can't stand solo queue anymore, I want to feel the real teamwork! We would prefer 18 yo+ people, even though we accept anybody!
