Tower eSports looking for a Head Coach

I am the owner of a TS community for gamers and we are putting together a official team to participate in tournaments. I am looking for a head coach to run the team and work closely with me into molding the team. All roster spots are empty so the head coach will be responsible to host a series of "try-outs" however he/she wishes.
