Looking to Start a Stable and Serious 5's Team (Jungle)

Hey everyone I am looking to create form a 5's team with the goals of getting better individually and as a team. The current idea is to get a 5 Man roster that is committed then look to join an organization/league and start competing asap. I am currently a s2 player so I wouldn't want anything above g3 and anything under s5 for the sake of flex, but willing to talk about exceptions on a case to case basis. IGN: Psyllae Rank: B1 however this is my smurf because my main account got banned a few days ago for account sharing because I logged into my account on a few different computers and got flagged haha and I havent played barely any ranked on this, this account was to play with friends only. I was Plat last season and gold the season before that. Role(s): ADC is my 1st and jUng is my 2nd Champ pool: ADC (Ashe, MF, Corki, EZ, Jhin) Jung (Graves, J4, VI, Warwick, ) Also willing to learn any champ needed. Availability: on days that I work anytime before 1030 pm eastern (work night shift) and anytime on days off Shot calling (Y/N) Y Discord with working mic (Y/N) Y Past team experience: Was on 2 teams before, the first one was with a few friends and it was kind of serious but never serious enough to climb. After that I joined a plat competeleague/ranked 5's team and played with them for about 6 months but after failing to get into the real competeleague by one game we decided to part ways. I was the shotcaller on both of those teams, both teamfight shot calling and map movement shot calling.

PS: I want a team that will stick together for the long haul, my IRL friends are too casual and I want to tryhard and joins leagues and compete in tournies and find a coach and all of that. I'm 23 years old, non-rager and willing to put in the work and dedication it takes to climb.
