Looking for a serious 5v5 rank team

I play Mid and adc highly pref, I'm looking for a team that is only silver or gold (no bronzes allowed). I have a mic so we can do teamspeak or curse idc. I'm silver 4 and like to also have one of the team members to solo q with me.
