Platinum 4 ADC with potential looking for a competitive team (Clash, Tourneys, LCS-style leagues)

I am a platinum 4 ADC who has been playing since Season 2 and peeked at P2 during the S7 season. This year I want to commit as much time possible to become the best I could possibly be, hoping to land in mid-high diamond. I also want to play on a team or potentially even coach a team. I will do all things possible to become the best I can be and provide for the team and am very determined to improve and get better.

Any help or advice I can get towards playing for a team or improving would be great!
