Diamond/plat team looking for TOP and Support

We are trying to get together a new 5's team to see how far we get and maybe enter some tournaments. we would like an aggressive top laner who is not afraid to go in but is smart about it. we want someone who will synergise with our jungler who likes to go in and make plays. Also be willing to just farm it out if its not possible to be aggressive. For support we are looking for someone that is aggro in lane and wont play behind our adc. You need to have good support mechanics (sets up creeps, wards well, can roam, knows the lane combos and strengths for bot lanes) also who is willing to go in with our jungler and make big plays.
