Plat Solo Quer LF serious 5's

I consider myself to be a fairly decent player in all roles. I've been playing league for a very long time, just never seriously. I've been at least gold since season 1, playing casually, made it to plat for season 4, and was placed back in plat season 5.

I mainly play in top lane, or the jungle if possible, but as I said I play all roles decently and am willing to play where needed. This would be my first attempt at a 5s team in league, but I have experience working in groups on other online games, and I don't think there will be any problems :)
