Silver 5 (and climbing) looking for a ranked team

Silver 5 currently, slowly but surely climbing up. Looking for a team to play with, Im on almost every day.

I play Top, Jungle, and Support I play tanks, assassins, and Graves I am 17, 18 in a month My main weakness is early game, i'm a bit too greedy and try to get an advantage, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
