A little about the team & players: Star eSports is a diamond ranked team, our goals for the team is to gather synergy, practice, and become better at league of legends. I'm looking to create a new ranked team that will not just play ranked team games together but will stick together as a group of friends who just want to play league together. We will talk about the future of the team when we establish a roster as well as a schedule.

How recruiting will work: Post on this board and you will be contacted by me, filling the application fully is appreciated. We will be conducting a week long tryout where you will play 3 ranked team games. More information will be given after i have contacted you and you will be able to ask me any questions you have concerning the team or me. At the end of the week I will contact you if you made the team. We do have some quick rules posted here, because people that can't abide by these, do not apply.
Rules: -You must have Discord. -You must have a good personality, you must not be a flamer/rager/afk'er etc. -You must be able to take constructive criticism and hand it out in a constructive manner. -No "smurfs", that are in Bronze who can't add me on their main for various reasons... -No extreme immaturity, we aren't ageist, but if you are under 18, we do expect you to still live up to the standards set by everyone else.

Strengths: I try to play safer in lane when we don't have a visible advantage. Due to this I try to roam with my jungle and mid to make more happen around the map. I play around getting deep vision anytime I know I'm safe. I also try to communicate anything I see around the map or where I feel anyone might be located if they're off the map.
Weaknesses: I do tend to get caught out quite a bit when pushing deep into enemy lanes. I also take some bad trades in lane.
Experience in a team environment (You don't have to have had any!): I played on one team in the OGZ tournament and we placed fifth overall. Due to this being my first team experience I didn't do much for the team shot calling wise. I played mostly Thresh and Alistar and looked to make plays by getting picks. After we lost in the knockout stages of the tournament we disbanded and I moved away from that style of play. I found another team called Fiesta eSports and tried out for their team as well. They were quite a large org and had some very high ranking teams. I played on their academy team for about three months and took shot calling very serious. I was replaced on the team after those few months but, still talked with their head coach about what I could do better.
What I can bring to the team: Unless there is someone who is more consistent as a shot caller than me, I hope that I can be the main voice at least through the early game. I also try to keep my ADC alive as much as possible in the late game, hints as to why I mostly play the safer supports. Other than that I want this to be a learning experience for me so I assume the rest of the team will be on the same page.
Extra Information: I was diamond five last season and peaked in my promos for diamond four. After that I lost my promos and just sat there for the rest of the season. I'm one and one in my plat two promos right now and hopefully will be back in diamond soon enough.
Availability: I've readily available throughout the week most days past 3:00 PM EST.
