Looking to start a local team (Delaware)

Looking to start a local team in the State of Delaware. I can play all weekend , if there is already a team around here looking for someone let me know.

I'm 18, in college. I main adc, but can play any role and main a new one if necessary. Right now I'm bronze 3, was S5 but got demoted many times.
