Stuck in bronze ELO hell, looking to climb

Hello, all.

I've only just started playing ranked after playing this game for many years. I started out in bronze 1, and after trying to random my way into silver, i have managed to actually end up going down to bronze 2. I've now realized i simply cannot random my way up in ranked, no matter how hard i carry i still lose.

I'm looking for a team that is also trying to break out of bronze elo hell- i can play all lanes- support is my weakest lane but my support kennen is a monster- and i'm in the process of mastering taric, whom i have discovered a passion for. I have three sixes so far, around 15 level 5's, and i'll outline the chars i can play well enough to be comfortable in ranked with and where below.
