Team Recruitment for Ranked teams.

Ummm, before I begin the requirements, I have to tell you guys a story. I found this perfect ranked team like, 2 hours ago. We played 2 games. 1 normal and 1 ranked team game. The normal game we first played, we got 42 v 9, we won, I got 13/3. The ranked team game, We won again. The score was 69 vs 43. I Got 24/10. When the game was over, I clicked "play again " then they all declined and I saw notifications that they left the ranked team. I didn't even say any curse word nor was being salty. I think they just think that they are super better than me, but I got 24/10 and 13/3. I wonder why they left. (If you wanna learn more, look at my match history.)
