Silver 3 Mid/adc lf duo partner

I'm currently silver 3 , but I've made it to silver 1. I easily consider myself a gold Elo player , I play with plats all the time and I usually do very well. I am looking for a silver -gold player who is looking to grind ranked games everyday or often. But having a team mindset and being communicative no flaming just teamwork helping each other get better. Really just someone who isn't a random who afks, or feeds, or flames the entire team.
