Looking to recruit a few players who love competitive League as much as I do for a personal project

Hello all, my name is elfalas.

For the past couple years I've been looking for a great way to explore the competitive side of gaming. League of Legends has provided an outlet for my love of competition through solo queue and ranked 5's. However, with the recent deletion of both the ranked 5's and solo queue, along with Riot pulling support for third party amateur tournaments, it appears that the competitive side of League of Legends has been declining since the beginning of season 6.

I don't want to see this go. The passion and the spirit, the critical moments that we play hundreds of games for just to experience once. So I've started a project to help keep the competitive spirit of League of Legends alive.

My project is currently in its early stages, but I'm modeling it after the pug scenes from games like TF2 or CS:GO. The goal is to be different from a lot of the current Leagues and tournaments that were set up while Riot still supported third party organizations with prizes. I want to create a truly unique and competitive experience for players of all ranks.

I'm looking for individuals with the following:

1. Friendly attitude
2. Commitment to competition and all things League of Legends
3. Experience with Discord
4. A willingness to Learn and become proficient in the different skills that are necessary for running a successful community
